Adam is my childhood friend. We grew up together. He was very talented at painting. His dream was to become a very good artist in the future, but his family didn't approve of his decision. His family wanted him to be a doctor, and he was having private lessons for it. He was never happy with this situation and he said to his family that he wanted to be a painter. Now, he is a famous painter and has exhibitions in many countries. He invited me to his exhibition in California next week. I am happy to see my friend and his success.

Does everybody want to go back to his childhood? When we are young, we always want to grow up quickly, but when we are adults, we want to be children again. Actually, we were happy when we had just a candy or chewing gum, but we still wanted to grow up. We thought that we could freely do what we wanted when we grew up. Then, we started to grow up slowly, and met the real world. My childhood is quite a complicated story. When I was born, my father didn't want me because he wanted a babyboy. During my mother's pregnancy, my twin brother dies because of limited space (me!), and my mother got very sick. She couldn't breastfeed me. My real family gave me to my grandparents for them to bring me up. I suppose I stayed with them until I was three years old. I am right now with my real family again, but I visit my grandparents on weekends. Sometimes I think about our old memories; I never forget my dirty clothes, my injured knees, and my tree-house... I want to go back to my childhood.
